1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using Snap Media's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
2. Services
Snap Media provides digital marketing, branding, and web design services. Our services include but are not limited to:
- Brand identity design and development
- Website design and development
- Digital marketing campaigns
- Social media management
- Content creation and strategy
3. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, and materials created by Snap Media remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon completion of payment, ownership rights are transferred to the client as specified in the service agreement.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and timely information required for project completion
- Timely review and approval of deliverables
- Payment according to agreed terms
- Ensuring all provided content is legally compliant and does not infringe on third-party rights
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Generally, a deposit is required before work commences, with the balance due upon project completion. Late payments may incur additional fees.
6. Revisions and Changes
Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges. Major changes to project scope will require a new agreement and additional fees.
7. Project Timeline
We strive to meet all agreed deadlines. However, timelines are estimates and may be affected by client feedback delays, scope changes, or unforeseen circumstances. We will communicate any timeline changes promptly.
8. Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of all client information and will not disclose sensitive business information to third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.
9. Limitation of Liability
Snap Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. In case of termination, the client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.
11. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
